50 AND 75 SQM HOMES WITH STUDIOS FOR RENT

In our 50 and 75 sqm homes, we offer our clients the option to build detached outdoor studios for rent (1, 2, 3, 4 studios). Each studio has its own independent bathroom. We take care of the entire real estate management process—from finding tenants to collecting rent—until the property is fully paid off. From that moment on, ownership of the studios is transferred to the owner of the main home.
What is the benefit of this for the client? Obviously, the initial price of the property is higher than the standard price when outdoor studios are built; however, we apply the rental income directly toward the payment of the house and the studios. As a result, the home is paid off much faster. Afterwards, once we transfer ownership of the studios to the owner, they can decide whether they want to earn income by renting them out or prefer to use them for their family.
All terms of this process are signed before a notary public prior to starting the construction process.
