Our first program in Namibia
NamBuilder launches its operations in Namibia under the management of Afrihouse (Africa Housing Solutions), an international organization specialized in implementing mass housing projects at low and ultra-low costs.
We will count on the invaluable support of local companies, professionals, technicians, artisans, and local workforce. We will also be assisted by Spanish technicians specialized in the technical management of large-scale projects.
Of course, if you do not find a home that suits you among our offerings, or if you already have a blueprint to build a home on your own land, please contact us, and together we will find a way to build the perfect home for you.

Our first Low-Cost project is a 17 sqm Basic Home, complete with a full bathroom, which can represent a first step toward a future, larger home that we will be delighted to build. The following Low-Cost models are 25 sqm with 1 bedroom and a full bathroom, and 50 sqm with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The affordable homes we are presenting are 75 sqm, and 100 sqm.
Our prices are low, but the construction quality is first-class. All of our homes come with a mandatory 10-year structural warranty insurance that covers any construction-related defects for 10 years.
If you have the means and desire a higher-tier home in terms of living space, finishes, and qualities, perhaps you should consider allowing us to build you a 125 sqm home.
