Our homes are built with blocks on a concrete slab. 

There is a separate full bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. 

The roof is made of sandwich panels, which act as thermal insulation. 

Our homes are delivered with a water tank and a solar light for night security at the front of the property. 

The houses are built with a septic tank, unless a connection to a local sewage network is possible.
